Owners Of Metal-Fab
METAL-FAB INDUSTRIES is owned and operated by leaders who have a clear vision for the future.  In less than 10 years they have grown the company to become a major player in the Alberta steel fabrication industry.  Principles include:
Reiner Patuschka Reiner And Hilde Patuschka
Reiner and Hilde Patuschka purchased METAL-FAB in 2000.  Reiner is a civil engineer who brought to METAL-FAB over 20 years of high level experience working on several international construction projects in Africa and other countries.  Reiner and Hilde immigrated from Germany with their daughter Mirja and son-in-law Stefan Mundt. Reiner is President of METAL-FAB INDUSTRIES.
 
Stefan Mundt Stefan And Mirja Mundt
Stefan and Mirja Mundt became partners in METAL-FAB in 2003.  Stefan, a business economist, worked for a major construction company in Germany before immigrating to Canada.  He became the General Manager for METAL-FAB INDUSTRIES in 2003 and is responsible for the overall operation of the company. Stefan works closely with the estimating department and oversees the coordination of all operational departments.
John Macphee John and Jackie MacPhee
John and Jackie MacPhee became partners in METAL-FAB in 2003. John, a tradesman trained in Scotland and England, joined the company in 1989. John holds the position of Field Supervisor managing all field operations. However, with his highly respected background in the trade, John gets involved in any aspect of METAL-FAB’s steel fabrication and erection.
Craig Welcher Craig and Lorrie Welcher
In 2007 Craig and Lorrie Welcher joined the METAL-FAB ownership team.  Craig is a certified engineering technologist in building construction.  He joined METAL-FAB in 2004 and manages all technical/design functions as the Drafting/Project Management Supervisor.  Craig is the key link to the project engineers and architects and works with them to resolve any technical/design issues.
