METAL-FAB INDUSTRIES has grown to become one of the most trusted and respected steel companies in Southern Alberta. We are known for our quality fabrication, our flexible and responsive turn around and delivery times, and our stability and reliability.
History
METAL-FAB was established in 1986. The current ownership group purchased the company in 2000. Rapid growth led to the acquisition of Academy Steel in 2001. METAL-FAB is now located on a four-acre location in Calgary’s Foothills Industrial Park.

Awards
The Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC) has named the City of Calgary’s state-of-the art Water Centre as the 2009 Award Of Excellence architectural design award winner. METAL-FAB INDUSTRIES supplied and installed the structural steel for this project. The building is over 140,000 sq ft and is a model of green building strategies in North America. www.cisc-icca.ca
